The reading passage and the talk both discus the studying of animal tissue of the tyrannosaurs which is one of the diansours that a 70 million-year old fossil. The reading agree with that there was animal tissue when the scientist was working on that. But, the lecturer refutes the author's assessment. He demonstrates three reasons to cast doubt on the claim made in the reading.
Firstly, the allegation of the script revealed that there were hollows in the bone and that considered the blood vessel location. Also, there where as soft, flexible organic substance inside the channels. Moreover, that an evidence of the remained actual blood vessels. In contrast to the narrator who claimed that it's not necessary to claim that the soft and flexible substance it was a blood vessel it could be something else other than blood vessels. He poses that those holes it happened because of the bacterial colonization inside the channel and end up with moist and soft residues.
Secondly, the essay claims that there are a spheres and that could be a remaining of red blood cell. According to some tests which showed that these spheres had dark red colors due to some materials like for instance iron to help the red blood cell for transporting oxygen to tissues. The aerator opposed that explanation by saying that there wasn't any blood cell but, the red color might be from different origin not from the dinasour and reddish color it solely a minerals became deposit in that channels.
Thirdly, the writer explained that there was a collagen inside the dinasour's tissues and it is one of the important fibrous protein of the living bone tissue. In controversial to the professor who opposed that idea by saying that the collagen never could exist with a fossil which were thousands years old. Furthermore, he suggest that collagen can't be from the T. rex them-self, it might be from a human skin of the scientist who was work on that study.
