The reading passage and the lecture are both discuss about the discovered materials in the remains of animals fossils. With this in mind, the author resoned that these materials are probably the remain of blood vessels and collagen. The lecture, on the other hand, contradicts all three episodes of arguments mentioned in the passage, believing that these reasons are skeptical.
First, both the text and listening material argues that idea of soft substance in the hollows in the bones of the fossils. In this vein, the reading points out that the finded substance are likely to be the remains of blood vessels. Conversely, the professor argues that those soft material are more likely to be the remains of bacteria that colonized on vessels hollows.
Secondly, both the reading and lecture discuss the result of microscopic examination which reveals the existence of blood cells' remains. While the text material assests that spheres examination shows the trace of iron-material in the sphere, the professor refutes this claim. In this case, the lecturer makes it clear that some primitive animals didn't have blood, so it is might be the remains of irish minerals
Finally, both the reading and the listening argues the idea of observing collagen remains on the bone tissue of dinosaur. In this thought of line, the author holds the view that the collagen associate with bone tissues, therefore the discovery of this biochemical substance in the bone test could show observing collagen is related to dinasor's bone tissue. However, the lecturer explains that collagen is not long lasting, so the existence of collagen in the dinosaur bone is contradict this fact. Besides, he mentions that the available collagen in the dinasors bone can be from another source for instance from human's skin and through touching the bone.
