TPO-24 - Integrated Writing Task
In this set materials, the reading passage state that fossils of Tyrannosaurus have some signs that show some actual tissues of animals. On the other hand, the listening section brings into question the reading by providing different reasons (and examples).
First of all, the reading passage indicates that with analysis of the fossil small branching channels are discovered, this channel maybe shows some blood vessels. In contrast, the lecturer opposes this view by mentioning that this channel cannot show blood vessels, they remain from other animals such as bacteria. The bacteria lived inside bones; therefore, this channel maybe was created by bacteria.
Secondly, the reading passage argues that some examination of bones show that present of spheres that might remain from red blood vessels; conversely, what the lecturer believes is different. He points that we cannot see this sphere thing in another fossil; hence, it could not show blood cells. Also, they could be some pieces of reddish minerals.
Finally, according to the reading, in the examination, scientists find some collagens that lived in the bone tissue. However, the speaker believes that collagen cannot remain from 70 million years. Thus, this collagen perhaps remains from other animals; also, it can remain from the researcher who moves this bone. Because the skin of human has collagens.
