TPO 24-T.rex fossil
The lecture and the passage discuss some evidence in an ancient fossil. Although the passage claims that through three evidences this fossil has animal's tissues, the speaker refutes this idea through a number of reasons which will be described in this report.
First and foremost, the passage points out that the breaking of the leg bone has exhibited some small branches channels which they might be hollows for vessels locations. The speaker, in contrast, rejects this by claiming that this hollows could be created by some bacterias colonizing in the body which have been left behind after the death. This means that this hollows might be a trace residual of the colonizing of this bacterias.
Furthermore, unlike the passage which states that the presence of the spheres could be an evidence of remaining the red blood cells inside the bones, the professor argues that this fossil has been found adjancent to the other fossils which did not have red blood cells. He aslo adds that this spheres probably can be originated from reddish minerals.
Finally, although the passage says that a test which have been conducted by scientists showed the presence of the collagen, the professor disagress by mentioning that the collagen cannot lasted for a long time and the test result is contradict by this scientific theory. He also states that the collagen has other sources like human's skin; therefore, this collagen could be originated from the skin of the person who was handing the bone.
Through these reasons which have been described above, the passage claims are rejected by the professor.
