The reading introduces three theories to explain the origin of the Voynich manuscript. While, the professor completely disagrees with these reasons and refutes them.
Firstly, although, the reading claims that the manuscript is a smart work on some scientific or magical subject which was included a complex secret code, the professor argues that not only this manuscript had been wrote by ordinary scientists, but also it contains common contents such as herbal witch is mentioned in this book and another sources.
Secondly, the text claims that the manuscript is fake and its text has no true meaning. Controversy, the professor opines that in the nineteenth century, people was not intrested to secret manuscripts to spend a lot of money for purchasing them. Furthermore, for creating a fake book, there is not necessary to spend a lot of time, While, Voynich manuscript needs a lot of efforts to write.
Eventually, though, the reading claims that this manuscript is a modern fake, the professor rejects this theory, since he believes that volume pages an ink which was used in this book is related to at least hundred years ago.
