First of all, the article claims that whales are so smart to navigate by stars. Whales brains shows that whales are intelligent. This features seperates whales from the other animals. But, the speaker disprove this point by saying that not only whales use stars to navigate but also birds such as ducks use it. Ducks are not ingelligent animals. It has nothing do with it.
Seconly, the article posits that whales maintaining movement in staight direction so that they can travel long distance. They use langmarks to stay right direction. Lastly, unusual behavior, such as spy-hopping which is very rare among marine animals, are shown by whales such as looking up to upward out of water . The speaker opposite this point by saying that sharks also exhibits these behavior. They are not unusual. These are just speculations.
