Many high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women.

For so many years were men dominated the company workforce specially in a corporate world, they have taken the high-level positions. Wherein advance countries, half of the company's population are women some people think to place women in higher management roles as well.
