Two pie charts elucidate the proportion of five different nutritional compounds containing in medium baked potato dishes and macaroni dishes.
It can be clearly seen that, carbohydrates contain the highest compounds in both, while the other nutrients stayed to be the least for macaroni and saturated fat for macaroni.
Medium baked potato dishes contain the largest portion in carbohydrates of 35% and followed by protein of 25%. Then Glucose was almost half of the content of carbohydrates, which is 15%, which consistency was the same as other nutrients. Lastly, saturated fat garnered 10%, which is the lowest.
However, almost half of compounds in macaroni are the carbohydrates of 52% compared to the consistency of 35% of carbohydrates in the medium baked potato dishes. The saturated fat comes next, which is arrived at less than half of the compounds of carbohydrates (21%) while protein and glucose got the same proportion of 11%. The other nutrients are considerably in the least percentage of 5%.
