The graph shows the spending pattern of people in the United Kingdom as a percentage of income spent on food, education and entertainment.
There people are divided in three separate categories titled as poorest, middle income and richest. First trend that we see is that the poorest people in the UK spend almost two third of their income on food and less than one tenth on education and entertainment. On the contrary, the rich people see an opposite trend, where almost equal expenditure is made on food, education and entertainment. The middle income prefers to spend moderately high on food but expenses made on education are highest amongst all other category of people. Entertainment is seen as the area where middle income people are bit spendthrift.
Overall we see from the graph that as the income of people increase, their spending on food decrease and entertainment increases. While education is a major expense area only for the middle income earning category of people.
