I am writig you to express my concern about purchasing new laptop computer.
I purchased the new laptop in your tore on 30.08.2016. Two days later it begun to freeze and did not work properly. I restarted the computer and tried to open my CD disk with my projects. The laptop refused to open any disk. Nothing was happened. During three days I was trying to work on new computer and open the CD disk, but my attempts resulted with same. The CD was not opened, although I used it in other devices.
I contacted your representative from store and he told me that it was a service desk job and gave me their contact numbers. I tried for several times to call them, but nobody answered. Then I found Service Desk address and went there. You can not imagine how unhappy I was to discover that my garanty card was inwalid. I contacted your representative from the shop again, but he denied me the replace that I was requested.
I am very disapointed with my purchase. Therefore I expect full refund or replace the laptop as soon as possible.
Your faithfully,
Mrs Rahimova Mehriban
