Some people say that success is ’10 percent talent and 90 percent hard work’.Is hard work the key to success, or is talent also important?
The ultimate target of every individual is to achieve success. Presently, some people assert that hard work plays a paramount role to achieve success with a massive contribution of ninety percent. Talent is only accounted for ten percent. Here, i would like to cite that the importance of talent is greater than hard work in this competitive world.
There are multifarious points to endorse my view. First and foremost, people who have talent always remain top of the table as compared to those who do hard work. Taking real life example into consideration, Roger Federer, the most talented tennis player, has exceptional inbuilt skills and he remains unbeaten in most of the competition. By contrast, many hard working tennis players try their level best to win the competition but they get failed in front of talented players.
Furthermore, talented professionals have incredible ability to plan, prepare and and do the things better than others. On the contrary, some people have stamina to work longer hours but their ability to think, and organize things is lesser than their rivals. Unlike hard working people, talented people are supposed to be smart, technically skillful and intelligent who have capability to understand and learn in the best manners. Others have conflicting views.
They claim that hard work brings out the maximum internal potential of an individual. To illustrate, hard working people keep doing practice until they do not achieve perfection. Hard work makes them committed for the desired results and finally they succeed on account of their persistent efforts. Whereas, talented people may have less determination and stamina to do practice and it ultimately effects their performance.
To recapitulate, undeniably, hard work is the base of success. However, people with tremendous flair are beyond comparison.
