Teachers' salaries should be based on the academic performance of their students.

The teachers one of best person in student life. one person who can teach ,guide us that is called teachers. all people in this world has mentor or teachers. so it is teachers's job to see how much there student improve or how much he gain knowledge. so i completely agree Teachers' salaries should be based on the academic performance of their students.

Every ever lot of college and schools are open now days. polition leaders or business man has responsible for that. they open college not for student but there own interest or make profit form college . there own need or hide to black amount money. in such college teachers role is just make profit from student donation and fee. they no even bothers student education. in such case teachers salaries always increase but not student performances.

Now days worlds are moving faster than ever before. so parents did not get time to see what son study or what he learn what he struggle. so at that time teachers job to see where is problem. teachers has to involed in there student problem. ex due to lot of office hours sachin parent could't give too much of attention to his child. they appoint one person teachers in his home who take care all his study problem at this time teachers responsibility to teach him and improve there academic performances. in this case if student get good marks then only teachers get his wages.

In school and college teachers play vital role in student life. they teach as well as they promote to how to behave in society. so every teachers in school belong to one of class. the whole class performances shoes the teachers what they tauaght or what student get it from teachers. if student fail to achieve high marks then some thing problem with teaching method they not teach proper that understand the students. so teachers has to pay attention every student what he suffer or what goes wrong. the class performances go outclass then teachers give some bonus and more pay.
But in some case teacher give his totally efforts. but student lack of care or not interest to learn some thing new or some mental problem cant remember damage his own performances. ex suhas join best class in city but not regular attent or bunk class. he does get any thing about his study. at this situation teachers cant do any thing. if student not interest then what teachers do. so some due to student responsible for hamper his own performances.

So take above point consider it teacher duty or responsibility to teach student and improve there academic performances .if teachers take some extra efforts then always student will improve his own performances. this kind of extra efforts brings more salaries for teachers so i agree with Teachers' salaries should be based on the academic performance of their students.
