The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry
The flow chart depicts different stages to produce bricks used for building industry.
Overall, there are 7 main stages in the process given, beginning with digging phase and ending with delivery to the customers.
At the first stage of the process, clay is dug on by a big digger. It then is filtered out by a large metal grid so as to sort oversized pieces and leave small pieces onto a roller. Subsequently, sand and water are added before being shaped by a wire cutter or a mould in order to create initial bricks.
The process continue with drying stage which newly-created bricks are delivered to an oven and leave those there from 24 to 48 hours prior to moving to kiln chambers, where they are heated at a moderate temperature (200-980) at first and high temperature (870-1300) afterwards. The next step is that bricks are cooling in another chamber from 48 to 72 hours, followed by packaging and delivery stages to the customers.
