It is necessary to be competitive in order to success in life?
Of course, we are not able to deny that every activity in everywhere has a competition. The competition is a color and a stress of our lives. It turns to be a really important question, “ It is necessary to be competitive in order to success in life?” Of course, some people might say, “no, it is not necessary.” However, in my view, I do believe that the competition helps to put each block of a success to our houses of life.
First, competition is a life’s motivation. Some people can be motivated when they have to compete with others. In contrast, when they have to work without feeling of being better than others, they feel like life is fading and they have no desire to do anything anymore. Give myself, for instance. When I worked in laboratory for finishing up my graduated program, I had five people in my team. Since, I always had a feeling superior to others, I motivated myself to work harder than others all the time. In the end of a semester, I produced a lot of promising research data and created many research skills. From this experience, it makes me believe that motivation comes from competition, which leads us to reach our goals.
Next, I believe that a success of life comes from a quality of work. To acquire the quality of work, it is necessary to be competitive. According to be better than others, we have to build and polish a quality of our products. For example, in Los Angelis, there are many Thai restaurants in Thai town. There is no doubt that owners of restaurants are trying to produce a dish as delicious as they can and trying to decorate their restaurant as attractive as they can due to the competition. As a result, Thai town turns to be an area where has many fantastic Thai restaurants in The United States.
In sum, competition leads not only a motivation but it also induces a better performance. Therefore, I would say, “to be accomplish or reach an epic of the mountain, we might to keep in mind that we have compete with others and we have to be better than them.”
