Secondly, the professor doesn't believes that the governments are very interested in protect these natural areas, and sometimes the people who are supposed to protect the ecosystems are corrupted and do not do their work properly.
The last point that the woman discusses is that the eco-tourism improves the living conditionsof the local people by getting them jobs and enriching their communities. In her opinion, the most of times, the tourism does not respect the cultural and social structures, and usually gives the local people the lowest payed jobs.
In conclusion, the professor believes that the eco-tourism is better than other kinds of turism, but, like everything, it has its bad side, and we cannot forget it.
