Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the dangerous situation that some of the local adolescents have caused for the residents of my neighborhood.
These young children let their dogs run without any leashes which would be a severe danger for the residents of this area. It is true that their pets get trained to behave well, but the reaction of the animals is not predictable and they would attack the pedestrians due to their smell or color of the clothes or any other things. Furthermore, it is illegal to walk animals without leash.
I would like to ask for your consideration in order to warn them about the consequences of their immature behavior. Since many of the elderly members of the neighbors are afraid of walking in the area and it turns to a problem for the residents.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you take some steps to tackle the problem.
