Dear Sir or Madam,
I am going to visit your town in the first of June which will be after one month. I need some information to organize my trip as i have limited time to spend there.
First of all,I decided to spend seven days at your town and booked a hotel near the city center but unfortunately when I tried to search the internet about the touristic placesI could not found much information. Therefor, I need some suggestion from your office regards the attraction places and the travel agencies that organize such activities; Moreover, I will be glad if you inform me with the well-known shopping malls and public parks around the city. As its the first time for me to visit the village, it would be stunning to include a list of restaurants which provide traditional food. I heard from one of my friends that there is lots of events which take place throughout the year; Consequently, I need to know if any of these events are happening during my stay and if yes please provide me with the dates, prices, and how to book it.
I would like to receive this information by mail or you can send it by fax if you wish
Yours faithfully
Adam Smith
