Ask them for help finding accommodation, tell them where you would like to live and tell what type of place you are looking for

Dear Maria,
It was pleasure to get your letter last week as always and I am happy to hear that your father has recuperated from long diseases.
As you know that I was searching for job in New York and would be glad to hear that finally wish came true and I have been offered job in Pacific Insurance Company, having office at Commercial complex, city center. I have given my confirmation to join from 1st May’18. Now I would need help from you or lorna to find the flat for me. I do not want to impose on you or Lorna or Jeffery even for single day. Of course, we will meet quite often and chill on weekends.
I think that area in which you are residing would be ideal for me as well because there are connecting trains to downtown. Moreover, all others transport medium such as cab, bus etc. are also available in anytime. I am looking for one room independent flat which should be preferably furnished as I do not want to transfer my all stuff to New York. Considering rental rates are so high, I would just get bare minimum stuff so that it could fit in small apartment.
If you have any sight of vacant apartment as per my specification or you know any letting agency, please connect me as soon as possible. Look forward to get reply from you.

Best Regards,
Sama
