You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing!
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.
Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
Ask how much longer you will have to wait ]
ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to make an official complain for not getting my ordered cheque book that I have ordered since two weeks.
My company is registered into your VIP list, and they opened for me an account over two years with your bank. I have never had reason to complain before, but the delay for my current request is not acceptable. When I made the request online through the internet banking two weeks ago, I expected to receive the cheque book immediately. However, nothing is received till date.
Normal process of any similar request is only three working days, considering any work-load. It is been two weeks now, and I did not get any feedback. So, please let me know the current status of my request, and how many days to receive it at my address.
I have taken a fast track option for all my services. I would therefore request that you address this matter personally with the customer service department, and that you endure my cheque book is sent to my address.
I look forward to the book being delivered.
Yours faithfully,
Ayoub
