Write a letter to a college Principal, where you attended a one day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted. Explain what was the type of the course, what happened and what can be done to make sure this problem never occurs again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Gowthami, a final year student of Electronics and Communication department from N.B.K.R Institute of science and technology. This is to write about my unhappy experience with IEEE SAP programming one day course organized by your college which was held on last Saturday.
I was sent to this program by our department head along with a group of other students expecting this course would eventually help us in our final year project. But it was all unsatisfactory, as we faced few problems on the day. Firstly, the registration process was manual, which made us to wait till 10:00AM in queues. Secondly, instead of SAP, basics of coding was taught for more than half a day. Lastly, there was a power cut for one hour in the evening. Therefore, we had only 3 to four hours of SAP training which was actually claimed as full day session which made us to lose an important day in our project cycle.
I would suggest you to please have proper plan of organizing such events. For instance, online registration would possibly save time, and I wonder how power backup was not maintained when organizing this kind of events. Lastly, it would be better if separate classes are organized for beginners who may need basics which would not impact actual course aspirants.

Yours faithfully,
Gowthami
