The table shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same 2 periods.
The table and two pie charts provide information on a survey on the satisfaction of visitors to Ashdown Museum after and before the renovation.
According to the table, visitors number improved a great deal after the changes made in the museum, as it rose up from 74000 to 92000.
On the other hand, the pie charts prove that not only more people visited the museum but also, they were mostly satisfied, more than before, due to the fact that about 35% of the people participated in the survey expressed a high level of happiness. While before the renovation, only 15 selected “very satisfied” option. In contrast, the percentage of dissatisfied and very dissatisfied visitors respectively went down from 40% and 10% to 15% and 5% after the refurbishment. In both periods, a steady quantity of 5% left the survey with no response.
In conclusion, the museum restoration enhanced the number of visitors and their level of contentment with the place.
