Bricks Manufacturing

Essay topics:

Bricks Manufacturing

The provided diagram illustrates the procedure that needs to be done for manufacturing bricks. In general, clay, as a first material, needs to be extracted from the ground and undergo several stages ,starting with griding the clay and ending with the delivering the bricks.

At the starting point of clay's extraction, a large digger is being used by the manufactors, who after this, they send the material into a metal grid. Through it, the clay becomes thinner and then it's being transported by a rolling vehicle in order to be mixed with sand and water. In the following stage, the mixture obtains their shape either by using a mould either by a wire cutter.

Thereupon, the now shaped bricks are being kept in an oven for approximately 24-48 hours, in aim to dry. Afterwards, the manufactors transport the dry bricks in a kiln with two different levels of heating. The first one has a temperature around 200 to 980 celsious , and the second one has not less than 870 and not more than 1300 celsious. Finally, the manufacturing of bricks ends with the use of a cooling chamber , in which the bricks are kept for approximately 48-72 hours. Then, they're being packed and delivered in the building and construction industry.
