The pie charts illustrate the outcome of a survey given to one hundred customers of The Parkway Hotel in order to evaluate their customer service. in 2005 and 2010. Overall, it can be seen that many people were satisfied by the services offered in 2005, however there were also a large number who thought the services given were poor. Then, after 5 years, this trend changed, it showed that more people found the services good and excellent with a decrease in the number of people who were unsatisfied To begin with, in the year 2005, 45 percent of the respondents found, the hotel services satisfactory and exactly 14 percent rated it as good, while 5 percent considered the services excellent. Nevertheless, it also showed, that some visitors rated it as poor and more so, very poor with 21 percent and 15 percent respectively On the other hand, the trend showed improved customer service in 2010. wherein 39 percent of the visitors thought that services were good. Moreover exoctly 28 percent of the respondents admitted that they received an excellent service, while more than 15 percent said it was satisfactory. Lastly, we can observe that around 10 percent dropped in those who rated the services poor and very poor compared to the 2005 survey
