Let’s start a comparison with insurance which has slightly changed from 1981 till 1991 which percentage increase by 1% while after ten years the percentage increased by 5%.
The same scenario has been repeated again for teachers’ salaries which increased by 10 percent after 10 years from 1981 and it decreases by 5% after 10 years.
While furniture and equipment were decreased during the first ten years and then increased by 18% in the ten years after.
Also, books price has slightly increased by 5% from 1981 to 1991 and then reach half of this percentage after ten years.
On the other hand workers’ salaries was decreased constantly by 6 percent every ten years.
In conclusion of the above, we will notice that other workers’ salaries are the most defected part as all expenses increased while salaries getting down for the last twenty years from 2001.
