We live in an age where educational institutions are regarded as the foundations of a human being. Expected from them is to play the role of a guide and a career counsellor. The situation becomes quite alarming as most educational institutions get into the rat race and want only successful students competing in each field. This leaves no room for the ones left behind, the ones who do not succeed to nurture their interests and develop.
