There are more men or women in certain jobs and there is nothing we can change about it. Do you agree?
Time spins and with every spins there are a change and change can bring doubts, conflicts, and controversies, especially when they are related to present and past, traditional and modern and issues of men and women equality at work are no exception. But no school of thoughts has ever suggested that in order with contemporary, we should replace discard what is old and traditional. I strongly opine that there are certain jobs for each gender.
Over the past decades, women have faced challenged bravely. Men were given with every right but women have to work for it. She proofs herself everywhere and did not let the world dominate her. I think women can do as much as men can do. because of the women personality, she is considered to be caring, emotional and soft heartens person whereas men can hide their emotions easily. Women are paid less as compared to men. Today, Queen Elizabeth is holding the title of the most powerful monarchy of the world. She reigns more than her father did.
whereas, some jobs are like which women can not do. Manual and labor jobs which required strength is a bit hard for women. It is not because they are weak. Being a daughter or mother is already a tough job for her. even, men struggle due to his masculine. the pressure of family or children is so high on their shoulders. if women do not work then whole responsibility comes on man only which as they can not express their emotions or feelings they tend to suffocate n difficult times.
in nutshell, change is happening but at a slow pace. it will take ages to remove gender equality. low salary and boring tasks are given to women whereas men explore risky and frightening working conditions. many families have broadened their horizon when it comes to job, childcare, and housework.
