hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter in response to your complaint letter you sent me yesterday about the noise from my flat. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to explain myself, humbly ask for you forgiveness.
this is mainly because of our upcoming wedding anniversary preparations so we had decided to hire a firm to renovate our house in the short period. Hence, they had to bring heavy machinery to complete. this could be the reason you might have heard abnormal noise from our flat. we were unaware of the fact that the sound would reach your house. I already instructed them to reduce the noise level so it should calm down now. I hope this measure would appease you. By the way, the work would be complete by tomorrow.
