You saw an advertisement for a tennis course in England but you have one or two problems and can’t stay the whole course.
Write a letter to the course director. In your letter,
explain your interest in the course
describe your problems

I am writing to you with regards to your advertisement about a tennis course in England.
I was looking for a preliminary course for novice tennis players. Since I am in the starting phase of learning tennis, I found this course perfectly suitable for me. That is why, I am very much interested in this course.
As mentioned in the advertisement, this is a forty-five days course. But due to my busy working schedule, I cannot take time off my work to complete the entire course. I would manage to attend the course for twenty-five days.
As there is an advance payment for the course, can you please let me know if a refund is possible for the unattended days. As per the advertisement, the course charges on per day basis. So if I am joining the course only for twenty-five days, can I get a refund of the remaining days. Kindly provide me the information about your refund policy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
ABC
