Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to give feedback to a recent event I organized at your hotel. As you are aware that I work for an international multinational and in our constant endeavour to improve the overall experience in these meetings we conduct a survey at the end of the event in which we collect feedback.
For the event organized at your hotel, most of the participants were very satisfied with the customer service and ambience of your hotel. To elucidate, they felt that the hotel staff was very welcoming and attended to all the requests from the guests. However on the other side, there were many complaints about the quality of the food which was served in the brunch and dinner, many guests were unhappy about the food preparation and foul smell coming from certain dishes.
Hence I would request you to look into this matter and as a part of a regular routine, I would suggest doing a prior check on the food preparation for such important events so that we can improve the overall experience of such meetings for our company. I look forward to your immediate response on the same.
