For example, in some prosper countries like the United States of America people and the governments always have respect for human rights and try to introduce laws to limit rate race. By knowing such events and policy of other countries, people in my country can do the same thing in their own society to be a prospering country.

The world would be a better place if people be aware of the news and take responsibilities about their role as a member of this society which is not limited to a small community of a country. if people know about happening in the world, they will be aware of some problems that other nationalities have, and as a human, they should take some steps to help them. For instance, in some African countries, children are passing away from some curable diseases. this may not have any effect on individuals who live in richer countries, but we are responsible for such problems and should do something in order to help them because of the humanitarian.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
