Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter requesting help in returning my clothes, which I have forgotten in your hotel room. I have check-in room number 302 on 13th Jan 2019 and checkout two days later i.e., 15th Jan 2019.

I was rushing to pack my bags and reach airport on time on the checkout day; unfortunately, I left a pair of my clothes in the hotel room. The clothes I am referring to is a black blazer and a grey trouser, which was in the drawer near to the mirror. These are very special to me as it was my birthday gift from my mother.

I would highly appreciate if you can arrange to trace my garments and deliver it to my address mentioned on the envelope attached. I will bear the postal charges.
