Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to a faulty mixer grinder I recently purchased from your store. In addition, I also made a phone call to complain about the same, however, no action has been taken.
Let me explain in detail. Once, I got the grinder home, it just did not start. Later, I got it checked and found out that I had been given a faulty mixer. Since, I got almost all my kitchen equipment from your store and none have given me problems this came as a shock. Therefore, I decided to make a phone call to express my grievances. What happened on the phone was disappointing. Your employee was not willing to accept that he had sold me a defective machine and had the audacity to tell me that there was some problem with the electrical connections at my home. Such behaviour is not acceptable and does not look professional.
In conclusion, I would like to receive a refund for my mixer grinder. Additionally, I request you to please ensure that your staff speaks to the customers in a more kind tone and avoid blaming their mistakes on others.
