Dear Friend,
I am happy to see a letter received from you after a long time. It's being long time, we was not in touch after we left the previous organisation. I am also happy to hear about you that, you have join a multination company which is currently leading and have a famous brand in FMCG segment. I must share with you my feeling about our previous organisation that, our previous organisation was not so much advance but the learning technique was very good. In the Previous organisation we were never felt about any corporate culture and our senior was also so supportive. I understand that due to the advance atmosphere and professional culture it is difficult in the intial phase to adjust in to a new organisation. As we were never seen this type of culture in our previous organisation so we always find it as a new and feel little unconfortable.
I am happy to share with you my experience from the date of joining to till date in my new organisation. My new organisation are much more advance than our previous organisation and becuase of that in the intial phase it was very much difficult for me to adjust in the advance atmoshpere. In the initially I felt to leave the organisation, My moral was so down and I was moving towards depression. At once I also thought that the changing of a job was a good decision or not. But Slowly and steadily and with the help of my other office collegue and office seniors, now I am gel with the organisation culture. One day I was sitting on my chair and was in deep thinking about my decision for moving in to a new organisation was right or wrong, suddenly one of my senior collegue notice me that I look little depressed and in a sad mood so he came near to me and set in to the chair which was next to me. He ask me about my problem and as he was the first person whom I met in my new organisation, I was comfortable with him to share my feeling. Then he guided me and shared his pas experience. While discussing with him and the getting understand from him, I forgot the reason also why I was sad.
In my view, I would suggest you that you should take guidence from your seniors and also ask your seniors or other office collegues wherever you find difficulties, I am confident on you that you will be able to cope-up with the new environment soon. Once you familiar with the environment then I am sure you will enjoy your work life too.
Thanks and Regards,
Praful Shah
