The diagram below shows the process of recycling glass bottles.
The given diagram illustrates the recycling process of glass bottles. A quick glance indicates that there are three main stages to new glass bottle will be produced.
The first stage contribute to collecting bottles with different shape and colour. Having been collected in a specific point, they will transfered by lorries. The second stage is initiated by washing the bottles in cleaning plant. Then they will be divided according to their color. As can be seen, they categorized into clear, green and brown group. All categories will be sent to recycling plant where all glass expose to a heat treatment via special furnace. In fact, all solid glasses will remind for some hours at a high temperature to become melt. The output would be recycled liquid glass which will combined with new liquid glass to produce new component by using some moulds.
Finlay and at stage three, new commodities will be transferred to supermarkets.
