Although it is true that today's technology which gives our lives luxuries and conveniences will make us become more dependent for some sense, the final, real result is the development of truly strong and independent individuals. The luxuries free us from many daily routines and leave us more room for more important things. The conveniences encourage us to encounter the more tough, difficult problems and provide us advantage to solve them. Even though some may claim that the indulgence of the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life will cause our dependence in the end, the final consequence is substantiating independence.
First, the luxuries free us from the shackles of many daily routines such as washing clothes, washing dishes, etc. With the halp of washing machine, we can use it and don't have to wash the clothes by our own hands. In addition, with cars, we can go a much long way without laboring our legs. There are so many examples about the modern technology that benefit from some pure laboring work, some daily routines. With the aid of all this wisdom, we can spare much of our time to do what is more important, such as use our brain to solve more crucial problem other than making our clothes cleaner, that is, making us live stronger and more independent.
Moreover, the conveniences stir us up to encounter the harder problems, sometimes maybe enigma or predicament, and provide us a variety of tools, ways, and probable solution which lift us up to a higher, more comprehensive level to solve the problems. For example, without the labor of washing dishes, some doctors may have
more time to struggle for a cure for some disease, such as AIDS, which results in the higher opportunity to give the killer an end, benefiting our lives more. All the good will, therefore, make us live stronger and more independent.
Third, despite that claim that people with nowaday's luxuries and conveniences will get used to reliance on them, the true, final result will be the stronger and more independent individuls, on the contrary. Some may argue for the dependence and reliance as a result of usage of them, the true consequence will be on the quite contrary. Only through resolving more tough problems, doing more difficult things, and thinking more as the benefit of contemporate luxuries and conveniences, we can truly live as strong and indipendent individuals.
In the end, it is not the luxuries and conveniences to blame. On the contrary, it is the luxuries and conveniences that deserve praise and adulation, for, with the aid of them, we can live stronger and more indipendent, as the final benefit.
