You have lost an item of value on a train. Write a letter to the railway company. In your letter
- Describe the item
- Explain where and when you left it
- Say what action you would like the company to take
Dear Sir, or Madam,
I am writing with reference to my recent travel in one of your train, in which I lost my valuable personal.
The item is brown folder with the brand name 'XXX' embossed on the front. Inside the briefcase, I have my Identity card, Credit card, Driving license and few important office documents. All the cards have my name on it while office documents has my company's name 'SAM' printed on it.
I must have lost the folder while travelling from Stephen street to Albert bay on 24th Feb 2019 around 04:00 PM from train number 3211. If I recall correctly, I was in second coach sitting near the front door.
Could you please let me know if the folder of such description has been found? My phone number is +91-0000-0000. If you find it please keep it in safe place and I will make a pick-up arrangement to collect it at your convenience.
Thank You.
Yours Faithfully,
Mohit AA
