You are planning to give a presentation in your large company. Write a letter to your colleague asking for help. Include:
1) When and where the presentation will be held
2) What is the presentation about?
3) What would you like your colleague to do?
Dear Daniel,
I hope you are doing well. I have been caught up with some planning for presentation and I am writing to seek your help for the same. Allow me to elaborate.
As you know, the annual budget will be presented on February 2nd, 2019 at the Lawson Hotel. It has been quite a hot topic in the recent past and resultant which I have been panicking at almost every stage of planning due to tremendous responsibility on my shoulders.
Moreover, the event does not need any introduction as you are part of the company, but this time around we will be introducing a new funding project for upcoming entrepreneur from our city. There seems to be a surge in the number of start-ups in the city and as such a new project funding is in line.
Furthermore, I have been asked by the management to invite you to host the event. The event will be attended by leaders from big conglomerates and you can make a name for yourself as a great host.
I hope that you will be able to accommodate the request made on behalf of the company.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason.
