Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a regular user of your public transport system and am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction related to the bus service these days.
The buses do not follow the timetable and are making reoccurring delays since few weeks. Because of this, commuters like me cannot reach office on time. Additionally, sometimes the scheduled buses are cancelled suddenly and people have to look for other options to reach their destinations. I had to travel in taxi a number of times because of this. Lastly, the frequency of bus no 2, which is taken by many commuters as it travels through the main city has been reduced and people like me have to travel in congested buses or take other alternate bus which takes longer.
I suggest to increase the number of buses to accommodate all passengers and follow the timetable strictly.
