The bar graph illustrates changes about prices of house in five particularly cities namely new york, madrid, tokyo, frankfurt, london from 1990 to 2002 and compared with the figured 1989. It can be seen from the graph that there was a sharp rose of house prices in london during this period of time.
Between 1990 and 1995 the prices of house declined slightly in london and tokyo approximately 7,5 percentage and 5 percentage in new york compared with the average house prices in 1989. In contrast, there were small increases prices in frankfurt and madrid just over 2 percentage.
In addition, from 1992 to 2002, london had a rapid surge in prices house, this figure is 10 percentage higher when compared with 1989. Beside that, new york, madrid, and frankfurt prices house had slight growth, while tokyo was the only one had prices of house 5 percentage lower than 1989.
