The pie charts give information about the average food of different types being consumed in the world in comparison with that in two nations being China and India.
Generally, people all over the world filled their stomach mainly with processed food. In addition, Chinese and Indian people ate nuts and seeds by far more than residents in the rest of the world did.
Regarding processed food and vegetables, instant food was the major source of energy for the world population, accounting for 41%, which was the highest number achieved by any other food sorts in any other regions. India followed closely at 39%, while 34% is the figure for China. Vegetables and fruits provided approximately one-third of dietary requirements for Chinese as well as the whole world’s citizens and precisely 23% for Indians.
Interestingly, nuts and seeds was generally the least contributor to the diet of people all over the world at a minute 4% while it made up a noticeably higher rate, at almost one-fifth in food stocks of the Chinese and just above 11% in that of the Indian. Food deprived from animals supplied more than a quarter of Indian dietary provisions, which was 12% higher than that of China and almost the same of the world’s food demands.
