I am writing to you regarding my temporary transfer request to our head office in Singapore for next 6 months.
As you know, most of our dealer handling policies are created and formulated at head quarter. If a spend few times in our main office, I will beneficial for our regional department in implementing and understanding policies.
Although my absence in the office during this period will create few problems in implementing our task at dealer end, I will manage to do my regional office works swiftly with the help of my peers.
My request you to initiate this process talking to our MD. Moreover, my stay arrangement and transportation can be done through administration office only after your approval. So, kindly inform administration department about my temporary transfer.
