Dear Jack,
I have received your letter yesterday and I am writing to apologize to you and explain the reason behind the noise you and your family had to endure the other day.
First of all, I am really sorry. Regarding your concern about the future, this will never happen again. Tow days ago we held a birthday party for my two years old son, and me and my wife invited all of our friends to celebrate. Toward the end of the partly we turned up the music louder and we started dancing, it was completely unintentional.
If we were to hold another party in the future, I will make sure that the music does not exceed our premises.
again, I am terribly sorry for the noise we have cause you and your family. Please extend my apology to them.
