Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to you for returning my misplaced bag by express delivery.
I have travelled from New Delhi to Chandigarh last week by train. I was too tired and fall asleep halfway. Finally, when I disembarked from the train, I had forgotten to pick my bag. But it was too late to get inside again.
I tried to reach out railway office but they had no information about this. I was really tensed about this incident. Since my bag had some of my important belongings such as confidential business documents, car keys, passport and driving license. So, I feel lucky that the bag went into right hands and I got everything intact. Otherwise, It would have been a troublesome situation for me. Please accept my heartfelt thankfulness by this letter and It would be my pleasure to pay the shipping cost you have borne to deliver it to me.
Once again, Thank you so much for this kind gesture.
Yours faithfully,
Ell Green
