In an overview, it can be noticed that cement production requires more equipments and is a complex process as compared to the production of concrete.
As can be depicted from the figure that, for cement production, limestone and clay are put together in a crusher, after they are crushed the resulting powder form is passed through a mixer which is then supplied with an external heat in a rotating heater.then, this product is no grinded in a grinder and the final product cement is produced, which is now sent to a construction companies.
As for concrete production, 15% cement along with 10% of water, half proportion of small stones and quarter proportion of sand are placed in a round drum called concrete mixer, it is then rotated for some period of time. At last, concrete is produced and ready for building purposes.
