Summarize the points made in the lecture, being sure to explain how they cast doubt on specific points made in the reading passage.
The lecture casts doubts on the readings' key points.
According to the lecture, the research made on foods is purely exaggeration. First, the studies on blueberries are exciting but they have been doing only in animals not in people. Second, there has been a misleading in differentiating certain foods. For example, there are no promisses that tomatoes help to prevent diseases and broccoli may not help to prevent as well. Third, it is not true that garlic is a powerful food because its effects are not clear, after six month the effects disappear. The research is poorly designed on scientific method to draw any conclusion about food.
However, according to the reading, foods are part of our daily diet and do help to prevent diseases. Some researches show that blueberries, tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and cabbage are powerful foods which help to combat many maladies of our bodies and help the prevention of some strongest ones.
