Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writing with regards to a formal complain I received about the noise from my flat. For the past few days my house has been extremely messy and noisy at it was under renovations. However, the work is now complete and only some furniture needs to be made.
Since, I was at work the whole day I did not calibrate the intensity of the problem. Allow me to apologize for all the difficulties and inconveniences caused. As, my house was in dire need of repairing, most of the noise was caused due to the molding and cutting of tiles and metal fittings. Since, the workers were daily laborers, the contractor tried to finish most of the work using them. Although, the major chunk is done some minor work is pending.
Nevertheless, I have instructed the carpenter to continue the remaining his work in his workshop and deliver the finished items home. Sorry once again and in the future I will ensure to provide prior intimidation before commencing any house work.
