Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding a computer item which I have bought from your shop last month. Let me explain in more detail.
I have bought a “Toshiba’ wireless mouse which was cost me around $200 with the 12 months warranty period. But unfortunately it is not working as expected. It doesn’t connect to my desktop properly and gives a connection error. Since I am working from home, it is really important for me to connect to the machine within few seconds for my office calls. But I was unable to connect very fast due to this connection error and it led me some office related problems as well.
As you are one of leading company for computer equipment, it would be better if you can looking into this matter and replace me a better device at your earliest.
I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
Your sincerely,
Rekha Stephan
