You noticed a room at your company office that can be used as a relaxation room. Write a letter to your manager and ask to use the room for this purpose. In your letter, Explain why you are suggesting this Which room it is What changes in the room will need to be done
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the room, which is vacant since last year.
Since you have never seen this branch of your office, so you might have millions of questions running through in your why I was talking about this room? Although the facilities provided by your officer are very good, due to shifting work home employees need rest for some time. Further, some workers continue the shift for 16 hours per day, but no space provided them to take rest in break time. Therefore, their efficiency goes down in the last period of the day.
The room, whom about I am talking to you is located near the canteen of our officer on the first floor. it is 8000 square feet, has four windows as well as furnished with beautiful wooden work. Along with these, it has a proper supply of electricity.
Still, it requires some changes such as there are no fans and the windows are jammed. Not only we need a bed, but also we need some mattresses to rest.
If this is done, then I shall be very thankful to you.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours sincerely
Amanpreet Kaur
