You have decided to go on a holiday to a foreign country for two weeks, and you want one of your friends to go with you. Write a letter to your friend asking him to accompany you. In your letter,
- Explain where and when you want to go
- Give details of the travel, dates and cost involved
- Describe some of the things you want to do.
Dear john,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I am very excited to inform you that my tourist visa to USA has been approved and I am writing this letter to invite you to accompany me for a tour to my brother's house in Newyork next month.
Actually last week, I got my visa approved and I am sure due to your project you also have visa to USA for next three years. It is a great time to visit USA, we could enjoy the various national festivals such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and the most importantly the Christmas. It would really be a great fun. I have planned to go during 1st week of November and stay for two weeks. Even we do not have to worry about accommodation as we could stay freely at my brother's place, the only cost involved will be travel tickets and some shopping that we would do over there.
My brother has also promised to take us to the world's famous waterfall (Niagra falls) there we could cherish the natural beauty and the spectacular fireworks at night. Also, we could find the best deals on shopping during the very famous annual sale on Black Friday.
Eagerly waiting for positive response from you soon, so that I book round trip tickets for both of us and do other arrangements.
Warm Regards
Harry
